Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Deadwax Club iOS app and website. By using Deadwax Club, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for apps distributed through the App Store.

Apple standard EULA

Deadwax Club uses Apple's standard EULA. You can review it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Subscriptions

Deadwax Club offers an optional auto-renewable subscription named Supporter Monthly. Subscription pricing and duration are shown in the app before purchase and are confirmed by Apple's purchase sheet.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID after purchase confirmation.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• Canceling a subscription stops future renewal; it does not remove access already paid for during the current period.

Accounts and your content

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the record, wishlist, price, note, image, and list content you add to Deadwax Club. Do not upload or share content that you do not have the right to use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use Deadwax Club to violate laws or the rights of others.

Third-party services

Deadwax Club can connect to third-party services such as Discogs and uses Apple services for purchases and notifications. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
